Summerlin clients have options. There are barbershops in nearly every plaza on Charleston, Sahara, and Town Center. So why do our chairs stay full and our books stay months out? Because we hire differently and we run the shop differently.
Every barber and stylist who works at Texture has been in the trade for at least five years. We don't hire freshly-graduated stylists and put them on full-price clients. Our team has built portfolios, built clienteles, and earned their seat behind a chair through years of work.
On top of that, the shop itself is run with discipline. We start on time. We end on time. We sanitize between every client. We track which products work and which don't. None of this is exciting — but it's the unsexy infrastructure that separates a great shop from a chaotic one.
